VHA clinicians face challenges accessing certain electronic health data they need for effective care coordination, which can jeopardize veterans' health outcomes, according to a new report from the Veterans Affairs Office of Inspector General.
The company is the first electronic health record provider used in both the human services and post-acute care markets to join the health data exchange framework. There are now 10 Qualified Health Information Networks, says HHS.
